Mr. Beatty co-founded Audex® in 1974.  Under his leadership, the company has evolved into one of the most innovative and respected providers of infrared, magnetic induction listening devices and telephones for hearing impaired people in the United States.  He has also been responsible for development of Audex®’s production, accounting, sales and marketing programs.  Mr. Beatty holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Arlington, and an MA in Audiology from the University of Texas at El Paso.  He holds a license in audiology from the state of Texas, with over thirty years experience in fitting and dispense hearing aids and rehabilitation for people with hearing loss.  Mr. Beatty is personally hearing impaired and an extensive user of assistive listening devices.


Stroud W. Morton

S. Morton & Associates became our Worldwide Exclusive Distributor in June 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Morton served our Country in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1990.  His 24 years military experience in electronics and personel management skills were put to good use in October 1990 when he joined the Audex® team as Production Manager.  He not only managed the production of all our products, he also worked with and aided our R&D team with the designs of most of the products now in production.  In 2004, Mr. Morton retired from Audex® and founded his own company, S. Morton & Associates, and provided sales and service of Audex® products for seven years while also acting as technical advisor to Audex®.  Mr. Morton may be contacted via email at smortexas@aol.com
